out Our Tree Builder Form
Only fill out this form if you are ready to place your order for a
family tree chart.
The following charts are available with
this form:
6-Generation Chart 1:
You will have to fill our Tree Builder Form Twice. One form for the Mother’s
line and one form for the Father’s line and then email the
starting name to sales@thetreemaker.com
6-Generation Chart 2:
You will have to fill our Tree Builder Form Twice. One form for the
Mother’s line and one form for the Father’s line and then email
the starting name to sales@thetreemaker.com
5-Generation Singles Chart:
You will have to fill out Tree Builder Form Once.
5-Generation Couples Chart:
You will have to fill our Tree Builder Form Twice. One form
for the Mother’s line and one form for the Father’s line.
4-Generation Couples Chart: You will have to fill out Tree Builder Form Once, but leave the starting name blank as this is a couples chart.
Important Please Read First
Once you have filled
out the family names on our Tree Builder Form and hit submit you will get an
email conformation for each form you complete. For example if you want our
5-Generation Couples Chart, you will have to fill out two forms. So you will
receive two emails. If you do not receive an email for one of the forms, then
you will need to complete the form that is missing again and submit. If you
